今年前11个月，天津市外贸进出口总额达到7630.5亿元，同比增长3.1%，创下历史新高。其中出口表现尤为亮眼，实现3949.8亿元，同比增长11.1%。

从前三季度数据来看，天津市外贸进出口累计值连续三个月刷新历史峰值。自今年9月以来， monthly imports and exports consistently surpassed previous records, achieving month-on-month growth of 2.3%, 2.5%, and 3.1% respectively.

Tianjin's foreign trade performance can be attributed to the following key factors:

Firstly, both domestic private enterprises and foreign-invested companies have played significant roles in driving Tianjin's外贸 development. Up to November this year, these two sectors achieved进出口额 of 3496.4 billion and 3386.7 billion respectively,同比增长3.8% and 3.2%. Together, they account for approximately 89.2% of Tianjin's total foreign trade.

Secondly, trade with countries related to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has shown strong growth momentum. In the first 11 months, Tianjin achieved进出口额 of 10.1% with these countries, making it a new growth driver for local foreign trade.

Looking at export products, Tianjin's shipbuilding, automotive and pharmaceutical industries have demonstrated robust vitality.机电产品 exports reached 2627.9 billion,同比增长10.9%,占总出口的66.5%. Among these,船舶 exports surged by 159.2% to 292.5 billion,汽车exports grew by 8.4% to 104.6 billion, and医药材及药品exports jumped by 48.3% to 251.3 billion.

In terms of imports, the aerospace industry has become a prominent sector for Tianjin. 航空航天装备imports totaled 621.2 billion,同比增长39.2%, accounting for 26.2% of the national total, ranking first in the country. Additionally,民生领域 imports continued to grow, with医药材及药品imports rising by 31.9% to 311.1 billion and农产品imports increasing by 3.4% to 574.8 billion.

These figures highlight Tianjin's strong trade performance this year and its strategic focus on high-value industries, which are expected to drive future growth in foreign trade.
